Introduction to implant surgery, bone grafting, and implant prosthetics with live patient surgery.
PHASE 1 of this course will outline successful recommendations for implementing the All-on-X treatment concept in the contemporary restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical practice, offering immediate full-arch restorations. Incorporating CBCT software into the treatment planning, case presentation, and interdisciplinary communication is paramount for optimal case success. All aspects of the All-on-X treatment concept will be reviewed and presented. Incorporating zygomatic implants into the All-on-X treatment concept for compromised maxillary atrophy will be reviewed and multiple case reports presented. Additionally, management of full-arch cases, management of peri-implantitis and peri-mucositis, revision case management, all with significant emphasis placed on the prosthetic aspect of the case, will be presented. Lecture will consist of an instructional slide presentation, surgical video learning, a LIVE surgical demonstration of a zygoma procedure with conversion, and an intense hands-on portion on interactive models.
This Advanced program features four days of learning where attendees experience everything from planning and data acquisition to experiencing a full arch conversion on a live patient. Course attendees will spend time working with real patients to obtain the necessary records for final restorations and learn how to market their practice for full arch business development and growth.
The InstaRisa Digital Workflow Course is a unique program designed to empower and enlighten every participant and inspire confidence in the utilization of 3 Dimensional Facial Scanning to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning with predictable outcomes. Starting with facially generated treatment planning the InstaRisa team builds a philosophy and systems that incorporate many of the aspects of dentistry that you already know, then develops, through research, evidence, and proven clinical techniques, the Digital Workflows that allow for a Diagnostically Driven Treatment Planning concept using a facially generated and 3 Dimensional approach. Be prepared to confidently implement the skills and concepts for predictable management of patients immediately following the course… or as we are fond of saying, “you can take this home and do this yourself, Monday morning.”

Implant dentistry is evolving in a rather fast pace, and with it, so are the patient’s expectations regarding their clinical outcomes. With Immediate Implant protocols being a reality, today, it is important we keep updated with the current solutions available in the market and with how they can help all of us clinicians on creating more efficient protocols that are better for the patient, and also easier, faster and more profitable for our practices. To that end, understanding the various ways to restore and the prosthetic components available for tailoring your clinical solutions is key to a successful practice. Digital dentistry is also quickly becoming an important factor in our current standard of care. It is changing the economics, efficiencies and quality of dental treatment. It is not an issue of if you’re going to adopt it, but when. This program will provide an overview of the possible restorative workflows for Implants, including temporary and final restorations, analogic and digital, Implant-level and Abutment-level routes as well as discuss various Implant prosthetic solutions .
2 Day lecture, hands-on models, and implant placement on cadavers. Topics presented will include Immediate Placement and Immediate Load protocols for all sites, placement of immediate implants in anterior esthetic zone, buccal bone management with GBR, soft tissue management, fabrication of same day implant temporaries, socket preservation, and implant placement for Implant Overdentures in maxilla and mandible. A review of proper exodontia techniques, pre-prosthetic surgery, flap elevation, and management will be covered.
The course provides doctors who are looking to learn single dental implants placement with a hands-on dental implant training “in lab” giving them skills, protocols, and tools for direct implementation into their office. From a restoratively driven perspective with the patient’s end result in focus. This course is not only about placing implants, but also about optimizing treatment outcome for the patients such as properly reading CBCT scans, incision designs and osseodensification protocols.
