  • Dental Implant Live Patient Programs

    Dental Implant Live Patient Programs

This program is an exceptional opportunity to become skilled at dental implant placement and regenerative surgery; it is specifically designed to teach dental practitioners how to successfully approach and treat a wide range of dental implant cases on live patients under the constant supervision of professional Implantologists. At ITC Seminars’ international dental implant training facilities, participants will receive one-on-one training and perform the surgical procedures of their choice over a large patient selection. This program is funded by ITC CARES, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All costs associated with participation in this program are tax deductible donations that are directly used to fund this program. Don’t miss this exceptional opportunity to become skilled at dental implant placement and regenerative surgery. Learn how to successfully approach and treat a wide range of dental implant cases on Live Patients.

    Why Zygomatic implants?

Rehabilitation of the edentulous maxilla remains challenging, in this webinar we will go into the option for Zygomatic implants, their current indications and the huge benefits when choosing Zygomatic Implant, specifically designed to bring surgical predictability to atrophic maxilla cases, as an alternative to grafting procedures.

    Prosthetic Rehabilitation - Zygomatic Implants

Due to the benefits of atrophic maxillas graftless rehabilitation with zygomatic implants, this webinar has the intention of presenting current prosthetic approaches to the Zygomatic implants. This course will also show some prosthetic resolutions associated to long and tilted implants. Learn the steps of diagnosis and planning of zygomatic implants with Dr. Homsi. Obtain knowledge of abutment selection and become familiar with immediate load in Zygoma surgery

  • Full arch rehabilitation utilizing tilted implants from a surgical and prosthetic prospective

Full arch rehabilitation utilizing tilted implants from a surgical and prosthetic prospective

Full arch rehabilitation with dental implants in edentulous patients or with compromised remaining teeth is a highly predictable treatment. Three-dimensional position of the implants, as well as bone reduction, are crucial points for treatment success, therefore, tilted implants must be designed minimizing the extent of cantilever and avoiding the commitment of the maxillary sinus and inferior alveolar nerve. The hybrid prosthesis is the most common type of prosthesis used in this kind of treatment and minimum space is required to allocate for the prosthetic abutment, the framework and the teeth. This training aims to demonstrate the need for bone reduction, proper implant placement, proper selection of straight and/or angled abutments, and the conversion of a denture over titanium copings.

  • Immediate load with dental implants from single units to full arches

Immediate load with dental implants from single units to full arches

Rehabilitation with dental implants has been a predictable procedure for a long time. Patient’s expectation in receiving a treatment with immediate result has brought us big challenges and that push us to find a way to realize their need. The implant loading time has been well studied and the techniques of two surgical stages, one surgical phase and immediate and/or esthetic loading has shown high success rate. A combination of the implant design, bone quality and quantity and the sequence drill are the three most important factors to increase the possibility to achieve an ideal primary stability of the implant. A pre-plan and complement tests are critical to optimize better results in this technique. The immediate loading procedure can and should be done in full arch cases, partial, single restoration and post extractions cases.
